A family recipe, rolled up in a big idea.

Santo Burrito started in 2014 with abuela Sofia's mole recipe, a borrowed food truck, and a stubborn belief that a great burrito can fix just about anything.

Ten years later, we're still rolling every burrito by hand, slow-cooking our meats overnight, and making every salsa from scratch each morning. Nothing frozen, nothing microwaved, nothing boring.
